about

"Cinefusion" is Rare Blend's debut album. An 8-song collection gelling rock/jazz fusion with an emotional soundtrack feeling inviting you for a ride to the musical gateway! Dynamic guitars courtesy of Victor Samalot and keyboard moods provided by Bobbi Holt are the cornerstones of this progressive, improvisational disc. Tracks such as the elegaic, hauntingly-moody "Black Rain" offer deep, sonorous keyboard textures topped with spry, passionate guitar. "Isabella" presents a DiMeola-style Latin guitar sound, while "Virtual Reality" is a sizzling concoction of relentless rhythm and Gilmour-like lead guitar. Rare Blend is a group that knows how to paint pictures with sound.
